No you definitely don't have to if you don't want to! In fact, it's often the last thing to migrate over even for those who are migrating their ENTIRE business over to Tech Fairy Hub.

You absolutely CAN use Tech Fairy Hub for your email marketing, and many people choose to because having email connected directly to your CRM, funnels, purchases and automations can be incredibly powerful.

You can also continue using Kit, Mailchimp or another email platform if that makes more sense for you. I’ll help you make decisions based on your actual business instead of forcing every feature of TFH into your workflow.

For many/most businesses, yes, especially once you start adding up separate subscriptions for funnels, websites, calendars, CRM, email automation, courses, forms, memberships and other tools. Further up in this sales page, you can see my own costs of having 10+ subscriptions i was paying for that I was able to consolidate here in Tech Fairy Hub.

But I wouldn’t choose TFH purely because you can potentially cancel a bunch of subscriptions.

The EVEN bigger savings can be time, cognitive load, and complexity.

Every disconnected platform creates another login, another bill, another integration, another place information can live, and another system you have to remember how to use.

If you want consistent implementation support, you can also add a monthly retainer directly into your Tech Fairy Hub plan, so you have dedicated time from me each month to keep building, improving and maintaining your systems.

That means TFH can grow with the level of support you need: use it yourself, bring me in for a few hours when something comes up, or have me working alongside you every month.

Some features inside Tech Fairy Hub have tiny usage-based costs, including email sending, SMS, phone calls and certain AI features. In most cases, we’re talking about fractions of a penny per action.

To make that even easier, every Tech Fairy Hub account includes a $10 monthly usage credit. It resets each month and doesn’t roll over, and for many businesses that will cover most or all of their normal usage. This means it's possible to have NO usage costs that you're paying for even if you are using usage-based services like email, texting SMS, and Ai.

If you’re a higher-volume business sending large email broadcasts, lots of texts, making frequent calls or heavily using AI features, you may go beyond that included credit and have some additional usage charges.

The goal is to keep your base subscription predictable while still giving you access to powerful features without making everyone pay more for usage they may never need.
