These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Crystal Bantel, operating under Your Tech Fairy (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Company’s websites and applications, including:

By purchasing or subscribing to Tech Fairy Hub (“Platform”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Overview

Tech Fairy Hub is an all-in-one business platform that provides tools, templates, and automation systems to support your online business.

Your subscription gives you access to the platform, along with the support and resources outlined below.

By purchasing or subscribing to Tech Fairy Hub, you also agree to abide by our Terms of Use, which govern how the platform may be accessed and used.

2. Subscription & Billing

Tech Fairy Hub is offered as:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

You may cancel at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to update pricing, increases or decreases, for future customers at any time.

While we may offer voluntary upgrades from time to time, your current subscription price will NOT increase.

Usage-based features (such as messaging, AI tools, or other consumption-based services) may vary over time.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users.

This means your credit card will not be charged at the time of sign-up. Your first payment will be processed after the 14-day trial period unless you cancel before then.

We aim to send reminder notifications before your trial ends so you have time to decide whether to continue.

During the free trial, you will have access to:

• The platform and core features
• Templates and system structure

During this time, you can build your full funnel, website, and systems inside the platform. You have access to everything inside the platform during your trial.

There are no feature limitations during the trial period.

However, please note that our 1:1 onboarding services for domain connection and email setup are provided after your subscription has been activated (you've made your first monthly payment).

To take your setup live, including connecting your domain and enabling full email functionality, your subscription must be active.

You may choose to wait until your trial ends or activate your subscription early to complete onboarding.

This ensures your systems are fully set up and supported before going live.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time for future users. If you refer someone, please ensure you are sharing current details rather than assuming the trial terms remain the same.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All subscription payments are non-refundable
• You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing, whether you're on the monthly or annual plan.

• Cancellation can be done in one click in your Billing Dashboard

Because Tech Fairy Hub provides immediate and full access to the platform, along with a 14-day free trial period, no refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel before your first payment is processed. We will send reminder notifications before your trial ends so you have time to make that decision.

Failure to use the platform, complete setup, or take advantage of available support does not qualify for a refund.

5. Support & Onboarding

Your subscription includes a supportive environment designed to help you use the platform effectively.

This may include:

• Platform onboarding guidance
• Technical support and troubleshooting
• Access to help resources and team support
• AI-supported assistance within the platform

We aim to provide hands-on support where needed.

Not included:

• Done-for-you builds
• Custom development projects
• Full funnel implementation services

These may be purchased separately.

6. Platform Use Expectations

Your access to Tech Fairy Hub includes the responsibility to use the platform in a way that supports its integrity and intended use.

You agree to use the platform responsibly and in alignment with standard communication and business practices.

You may not use the platform to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Use purchased, scraped, or unverified contact lists
• Engage in illegal, misleading, or fraudulent activity
• Send high-volume or poorly targeted outreach that may negatively impact message deliverability or platform performance
• Use automation tools in ways that violate platform policies or communication regulations

You also agree not to:

• Misuse automations or workflows in a way that causes excessive or unintended system activity
• Use the platform in a way that may impact overall platform integrity or shared systems
• Circumvent system limitations or intended functionality

You are responsible for how you use your account, including:

• The contacts you upload
• The messages you send
• The automations you create

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform if activity is found to:

• Violate these terms
• Put platform integrity or deliverability at risk
• Harm the platform environment

7. Results & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for how you use the platform, including your messaging practices, contact lists, and communication strategy.

While Tech Fairy Hub provides tools and support to help you set up your systems correctly, we do not control how those tools are used once implemented.

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from how the platform is used, including but not limited to:

• Email or domain reputation issues (including blacklisting)
• Message deliverability performance
• Account restrictions or penalties from third-party services
• Results generated from your campaigns or outreach

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, automations, systems, frameworks, and materials within Tech Fairy Hub are proprietary and owned by Your Tech Fairy.

Your subscription grants you:

• A limited license (limited to your business use only). This means you may use the platform, templates, and systems within your own business operations, but you do not own them.
• Non-exclusive access. This means other users also have access to the same templates, systems, and platform features. Your access does not grant exclusivity or ownership over any materials.

• Non-transferable use. This means your access cannot be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or used on behalf of another business, client, or third party.

…within your own business only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Tech Fairy Hub materials
This includes templates, automations, systems, or any part of the platform, whether modified or unmodified, outside of your own business.

• Sell, share, or provide access to templates or systems
This includes giving them to clients, including them in paid or free offers, or using them as part of a service where the client receives access to the underlying system.

• Use materials to create competing platforms, offers, or services
This includes repackaging Tech Fairy Hub systems, frameworks, or workflows as your own product, course, template library, or software.

• Claim ownership of Tech Fairy Hub materials or represent them as your own
You may not present platform templates, systems, or frameworks as if you created them.

• Share your account access or login credentials
Your subscription is for your business use only and may not be used by multiple unrelated users or businesses.

If you love Tech Fairy Hub and want to share it, you’re welcome to join our affiliate program and earn commission for referring others.

9. Platform Access & Ownership

Your subscription gives you access to use the platform and its resources.

If you cancel your subscription:

• You will retain access to the platform and everything in it until the end of your current billing period
• After that, your access to the platform and everything in it will be removed

You may request to transfer your active business assets, including:

• Website
• Funnels
• Automations
• Connected domain

We will not restrict you from moving your business elsewhere.

However:

• Proprietary templates, systems, and internal frameworks provided by Tech Fairy Hub are not transferable
• These materials may not be copied, exported, or reused outside of the platform

If you would like assistance transitioning your assets, we may offer this as a paid service.

10. Promotions & Special Access

From time to time, we may offer variations of access, pricing, or other perks as part of specific promotions, launches, or individual agreements that are different from your experience.

These may include:

• Promotional or discounted pricing
• Bonus resources, trainings, or support
• Extended trial periods or onboarding access
• Additional services or perks offered to specific users (such as Done-For-You clients or limited-time offers)

These offers are not part of the standard subscription and may vary between users, offers, or time periods.

This means that not all users will receive the same bonuses, pricing, or access, and previous or current offers do not guarantee future availability of the same terms.

All promotions, bonuses, and special access are provided at our discretion or under separate agreements, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

11. Account Conduct & Community Safety

You agree to engage respectfully within any Tech Fairy Hub spaces, including:

• Support channels
• Community areas
• Communications with our team

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any user whose behavior is:

• Disruptive
• Harmful
• Misaligned with the integrity of the platform

12. Changes to These Terms of Purchase

We may update these Terms of Purchase at any time.

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island, Canada.
