Your access is intended for use within your own business only.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform responsibly and in alignment with standard communication and business practices.

You may not use the platform to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Use purchased, scraped, or unverified contact lists
• Send messages to contacts who have not given appropriate consent
• Engage in illegal, misleading, or fraudulent activity
• Send high-volume or poorly targeted outreach that may negatively impact message deliverability or platform performance
• Use automation tools in ways that violate platform policies, communication regulations, or industry standards

You also agree not to:

• Misuse automations or workflows in a way that causes excessive, unintended, or abusive system activity
• Create automation loops, excessive triggers, or actions that may strain system performance
• Use the platform in a way that may impact overall platform integrity or shared systems
• Circumvent system limitations, safeguards, or intended functionality

You are responsible for how you use your account, including:

• The contacts you upload
• The messages you send
• The automations you create

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform if activity is found to:

• Violate these Terms
• Put platform integrity or deliverability at risk
• Harm the platform environment

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details.

You agree not to:

• Share your account access with unauthorized users
• Allow multiple unrelated users or businesses to operate under a single account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All templates, automations, systems, frameworks, designs, and materials within Tech Fairy Hub are proprietary and owned by Your Tech Fairy.

Your access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these within your own business only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials, whether modified or unmodified
• Sell, share, sublicense, or provide access to templates or systems
• Use platform materials within client deliverables in a way that grants access to the underlying systems
• Extract, replicate, or rebuild platform systems outside of Tech Fairy Hub
• Use materials to create competing platforms, offers, products, or services
• Claim ownership of Tech Fairy Hub materials or represent them as your own

Access to the platform does not grant ownership of any proprietary systems or materials.

If you love Tech Fairy Hub and want to share it, you’re welcome to join our affiliate program and earn commission for referring others.

5. Platform Responsibility & Deliverability

You are fully responsible for how you use the platform, including your messaging practices, contact lists, and communication strategy.

While Tech Fairy Hub provides tools and support to help you set up your systems correctly, we do not control how those tools are used once implemented.

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from how the platform is used, including but not limited to:

• Email or domain reputation issues (including blacklisting)
• Message deliverability performance
• Account restrictions or penalties from third-party services
• Results generated from your campaigns or outreach

Use of the platform in ways that go against best practices or these Terms may lead to reduced performance or access limitations, for which we are not liable.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to provide consistent access to the platform, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Interruptions may occur due to:

• System updates or maintenance
• Third-party platform dependencies
• Technical issues outside our control

7. Modifications to the Platform

We may update, modify, or improve the platform, features, or available tools at any time.

This includes adding, removing, or changing functionality to maintain performance, quality, or alignment with the platform’s direction.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform if:

• These Terms are violated
• Activity is found to be abusive, harmful, or illegal
• Messaging practices or automation usage put deliverability or platform performance at risk
• Platform integrity, shared systems, or other users may be impacted

We may take action without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or its users.

Termination or suspension does not entitle the user to any refund.

9. Affiliate Program

Tech Fairy Hub may offer an affiliate program that allows users to promote the platform.

Participation in the affiliate program:

• Does not grant ownership of any platform materials
• Does not permit copying, sharing, or reselling templates, systems, or content
• Is governed by separate affiliate terms and agreements.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time.

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island, Canada.
