Crystal Bantel’s Personal Story
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been a serial entrepreneur.
From selling wildflower bouquets at age 7 to running a still-thriving coffee shop, I’ve always loved creating and building.
While hopping from hobby to business to hobby to business really gave me some awesome dopamine hits, I eventually realized that settling into a business that I would LOVE and would fulfill me long term was the more financially stable road to take.
Note: there’s no need to pity me for “having to pick only one thing.” I really really wanted the stability. The hyperfocus part of adhd helped this.
After some pondering I realized that I experience the same thrill when helping someone else uncover their passion and start their business as when I do this for myself!
So becoming a certified business coach was the very obvious next right thing to do for me, and I have never regretted it. I LIVE FOR THIS NOW!
Living with ADHD + Autism (AuDHD), C-PTSD, and POTS/EDS, I understand the unique struggles neurodivergent entrepreneurs face, especially the fluctuating energy levels and unreliable emotional capacity.
Anxiety, depression, and inconsistent energy nearly shut down my business until I found a way to work with my flow rather than against it.
This experience inspired me to create resources, courses, and a unique All-In-One online business platform built specificall for ND entrepreneurs to help you achieve balance, productivity, and success in your business despite the daily or inconsistent energy dips we face.

It's important that you meet and get to know him because if you're working with me, you're working with him.
🐱 If you’re not snuggling him whenever he demands it then his little world ends . . . and so does yours, as you’ll need to rectify that with him somehow before you can focus back on work.
🐱 He’s a spoiled little boy who only eats the CENTER of his plate — the food on the edges won’t get touched because that is for peasants and birds.
🐱 His water dish needs to be WASHED and have FRESH water in it. If it’s not clean to his standards, he’ll make a statement by drinking toilet water instead because that type of peaceful protesting makes perfect sense in his mind.
🐱 He’s a slow but determined escaper. If the door is left open, he will slowly inch toward the door making very calculated decisions. Once he’s outside, he will slowly walk away from home.
🐱 He never strays far but he will not turn back when called, he requires that you follow him and pick him up to take him back inside. Thankfully, his old-grandpa-with-a-walking-stick pace is easy to catch up with.
