You get to pause your Searchie payments for up to 6 months as I host your new hub in MY Scale Plan account without charging you anything for it. It’s up to you when you’re ready to transition to your own account so you can have your own login. 

I will get ongoing commissions from Searchie afterward if we do this correctly. Chances are that if you’re already paying for Searchie, you didn’t actually sign up under anyone specifically － It was probably as a result of Searchie’s own promotions with a free trial etc. So for me to get commissions for helping you with your Searchie, we’ll need to take this route. 

Of course, if you DID specifically use someone else’s affiliate link then I by no means want to take this away from them. You’d know though if this was the case. I can almost guarantee that there’s no one specifically benefitting from your Searchie subscription but we can chat if you’re curious!

You will have to CANCEL your current Searchie subscription. And then I’ll be setting up your Searchie hub in MY account, which is the highest possible tier (Scale Plan, valued at $183/mo). I will not charge you for hosting your hub until anywhere from 1 to 6 months from now which gives you a nice little break from payments until you’re actually ready (or closer to ready) to launch. This gives you time to plan and build out your course content and not be charged for sitting on an “unused” Searchie account. Then, when you’re ready to transfer your hub into YOUR account, you’ll have to re-subscribe to Searchie, but this time using my affiliate link.

Yeah. I’ve asked, and they’re okay with Searchie developers hosting hubs for their clients/students. In fact, they encourage it!  😃

The catch is just that I’ll be hosting your hub in my account until you’re ready to use it. This works because in my Scale Plan that I’m paying for, I can host unlimited hubs AND I have Searchie’s permission to host yours in it. I even have their permission to charge you for hosting it if I wanted to, but I won’t (not unless you want me to host it for you past 6 months). 

However, this does mean you don’t really have login access to your own hub. This is why I’m saying anywhere from 1 month up to 6 months, depending on what you want to accomplish and when you want to launch. In this time, I’ll build the hub “skeleton” for you. Once you are ready to begin adding all your actual video content, you’ll need to begin paying for your own Searchie account so that we can finalize those last connections before you launch. But even in my account, we can be creating placeholder videos to extend your free hosting time until you’re ready.

Cancelling your subscription means that you will lose any discounts or legacy plan you were on up until this point. Once you re-subscribe in 1-6 months time, you’ll be subscribing at whatever the current rates are. The cheapest plan is currently (as of Sept 2023) priced at $29/month. I cannot guarantee that the rates won’t have changed but I definitely can give you any heads up if I’m made aware of price increases.

For myself, I have come to believe that it’s a better money decision to not pay a legacy/sale price for six months and come in at the full rate once my business is READY for the expense, rather than to be idly paying a legacy/discounted price for 18 months while not using it. Once your business is ready to pay the monthly fee because you have an active and growing income, the full monthly price will not be painful. It will be a reasonable business expense. 🙂 

If you want to launch your course in January 2024, for example, you might just want me to host your hub from now until beginning of December, and then you’d have the last half of December and maybe the first half of January to set it up inside your own account, ready to launch/open it up January 15. With this timeline, I’d have saved you 2-3 months of Searchie payments. 

We all know life can be unpredictable. If you don’t make your goal of having your course ready to take new students by the end of DCA, YOU HAVE NOT FAILED. This timeline is YOURS, you can create your business at your own pace. So for your peace of mind, I decided that I’d be happy to house your half-baked hub inside my Searchie account for the next half a year. This means that you won’t need to keep paying for Searchie for half a year as you’re scrambling through whatever life decides to toss at you. At the 6 month point though, you’ll need to resubscribe to Searchie for yourself or pay me for continued hosting.

Not really. The 6 month period begins October 1 and goes till end of March 31. So the idea is that you get to cancel your Searchie subscription immediately, if you already have one, and leave it canceled until March 31 (or any time before that). It does not mean that if we only finally begin building your hub on January 1, that I’ll host your hub for 6 months after that.

That’s fine! The benefit is kind of the same actually! This just means that you won’t need to subscribe to Searchie at all, until you’re ready, because whenever you’re ready to begin getting your hub set up with me it’ll be in my account just like in the previous examples. Many people have felt pressured to subscribe to Searchie immediately, and as a result they’ve been paying for it anywhere from 3-18 months already and still have not put it to use! This is what we’re trying to avoid here.

Not a problem. Due to my unlimited hubs that I can host, if these partial hubs are important to you then I can simply transfer them over into my account for safekeeping until you re-open a Searchie account of your own.

You will however lose any videos you’ve uploaded into your account. Just save those into a Google Drive and you’ll still have them, though.

Simple!!!! For starters, you can just message me saying you’re ready. I will do it immediately-ish. Maybe not the same day, but for sure same week! 

Then, you’ll simply use my affiliate link to purchase your own Searchie account here: crystalbantel.com/searchie.  Let me know that  you’re ready with your purchased Searchie account, and I’ll give you the “Template Link” which is how the transfer will happen.

Now, for me to actually set up your content inside your account once we’ve transferred the hub, we’ll need to agree upon a time window for that at that point. So for this reason, it would be good for you to book that with me in advance so that we can ensure it can happen in your desired timeframe in time for you to launch.
